Our Promise: Creative Work Is 100% Human

We never use AI for any creative work. Every image and every frame you receive from us is the result of real human hands and a trained creative eye. Specifically, we do not use AI for:

• Photo selection. We personally review and choose every photograph by hand.
• Photo editing. All retouching, color grading, and editing are done manually by our team.
• Video selection. We hand-pick every clip and moment that makes the final cut.
• Video editing. All cuts, transitions, color, and post-production are crafted by real editors.
• Design. Every creative and design decision is made by a human, not a machine.

We do not generate, composite, or enhance images or video using AI tools. We do not use AI to create artificial people, scenes, or elements in your photos or films. What you see is real, captured and crafted by people who care about your story.

Where We May Use AI

To run our business efficiently, we may use AI-assisted tools for behind-the-scenes administrative and marketing tasks that never touch your creative deliverables. These limited uses may include:

• Email communication. Drafting or refining routine business correspondence.
• Data analysis. Reviewing business and website performance data.
• Website copy. Helping draft or edit text on our website.
• Marketing materials. Assisting with captions, blog posts, and promotional content.

Even in these areas, our team reviews and approves everything before it is published or sent. AI is a helper for our operations, never a substitute for the human craft at the heart of our work.
