Client Work and Licensing

Ownership, usage rights, and licensing of any photography, videography, or creative work we create for a client are defined in the written service agreement for that project. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use our work outside of those agreements. Images displayed in our portfolio remain our property and may be used to promote our business unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Bookings and Communications

Inquiries submitted through the Site do not create a binding agreement. A project is only confirmed once both parties sign a written service agreement and meet any deposit or payment terms stated in that agreement.
